Governance - Mark Jenkins, Chairperson Members: Jeff Bush The Governance Committee ensures that our Declaration, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations are written and interpreted to ensure transparency, responsiveness, rule of law, equity, inclusiveness, and values in our community for all owners, renters and guests. The Committee makes recommendations for changes to these documents as appropriate. |

Finance & Insurance – Kevin Kendall, Chairperson Members: Mary Maciag, Greg Maciag, June Hart, and Carole Trimmer The Finance Committee produces and recommends the annual operating and reserve budget for a Board vote in October preceding the January 1 start of the fiscal year. They review the monthly profit/loss statement and the balance sheet of the association produced by the management company. It oversees as required the certified public accountant (CPA) audit and reviews the results of the audit report. The committee solicits insurance quotes, reviews agent proposals, and recommends acceptance of coverage amounts and annual premiums to the Board. In addition, it directs the insurance appraisal process. |

Building & House – Bob Trent, Chairperson Members: Linda LaSala, Karen Rowan, and Richard Rowan The role of this Committee is to establish and recommend a plan for preventive maintenance, improvements, and upgrades to the exterior, interior and common areas of the buildings and pool house. As the primary planning tool this Committee directs the “reserve study”. It provides input to the Finance Committee relating to the operating and reserve amounts to be included in the annual budget. |

Landscaping – Dan Madden, Chairperson Members: Jerelyn Lawrence, Betty Donovan and Linda LaSala The Landscape Committee provides oversight of the exterior grounds including: selecting flowers, shrubs and trees; design, care and replacement of landscape materials; mowing, trimming and pruning; and irrigation system throughout the grounds. They present to the Board a yearly cost estimate for these services for the budget process and as needed design plans for any changes to the landscaping of the community. |

Social & Welcome – TBD Members: TBD This Committee promotes camaraderie between the residents of the building and plans social events during the season to meet these expectations. Meets with new owners and renters as “Ambassadors” and provides them with information on Harborside Terrace and the Park Shore area. |

Additionally, as to the Governance Committee, the hope is that this Committee's initial priority will be to examine our governing documents, particularly the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations, and make recommendations to the Board for how these might be updated and improved.” |
